VIDEO TRIALS

PLACES ON THE 2025/26 ACADEMY ARE NOW AVAILABLE. Video trials are now open for 2025/26 Academy!

When you are ready, please click this link to book your video trial slot.

You will be asked to send TWO videos to office@nfbacricket.com (one from the side and one from a deep umpire’s position behind) full speed NO SLO-MO. And to please make sure the entire action can be seen. There will be a form for you to complete, which we get when you process your booking.

We make offers to candidates as we go, and final places are completed by August 2025. We also have ‘in person’ trials as well, that will be announced in due course, but take place usually in May, July end and early August.

All Academy dates will be announced as soon as they are agreed and will appear on this page. But don’t wait for those, if you want to be considered for a place with us. Videos are being accepted NOW.
