NFBA is launching the world’s first fast bowling academy for you to join online. Building a huge community of fast bowlers based on our highly successful National Fast Bowling Academy in England, this will be open to all aspiring fast bowlers online from across the globe.

Put simply, there is nothing like this anywhere. And it’s run by the two best technical fast bowling coaches in the world: Ian Pont & Catherine Dalton. Both are Master ABSAT Coaches, which is the technical coaching system created to increase speed & accuracy that has inspired many others to try to unsuccessfully copy.

Ian has been coach to both Shoaib Akhtar and Dale Steyn, and is still the only coach Shoaib ever truly trusted with his bowling action. Dale went from a rank outsider to Number 1 fast bowler in the world across a decade of cricket.
